Default Re: Tire rub

I took a measurement at the front frame rail to the ground and I did the same thing at the rear as well.

My frame at the rear of the cart is 10 inches off the ground...And the frame at the front is 9 inches off the ground.

Anyone that has experience with front leafs... If I put on new springs on the front, will it raise the cart?

Can worn out front leafs cause the front to be lower than than rear of the cart?

Thx

I have answered my own question...

If anyone or newbie is interested...

I put on new front leaf springs...they were stock replacements... and it did not raise the front any.

With the tire rubbing at times, I hope the front leafs stiffen the front to stop the rubbing.

I have only driven a short distance but so far have not had any rubbing.

Time will tell...
