Default 1999 TXT Alltrax DCX400 Question

Need some info,
I have a 1999 TXT DSC // Alltrax DCX400 // HD Solenoid // 6X Duracell Ultra Pro GC-Battery // 6" lift //22" tires.
Last time I was riding my TXT, I was coming up a hill and it just stopped. I thought it may be batteries due to them being 5 yrs old. I replaced the batteries tonight and still it still not running. When I turn on the key, the solenoid clicks but when pedal is pressed nothing. The strange thing is with the key off the controllers green light is solid and on. Any ideas?

Open the pedal box and inspect the go pedal micro switch.

I can hear the micro-switch clicking as I press and release pedal. What would I be inspecting for voltage, continuity, or something else?

Did this troubleshooting step
• Controller turns on when the tow/run switch is in run and key is off

• Disconnect B+ and M- wires from controller and connect a 500W bulb (only had a 100W) to the B+ and M-.

o If Controller powers with tow/run switch, replace controller
o If Controller powers up with keyswitch, replace motor

Mine powers up with the tow/run switch. Not good.

Ended up being the brushes in the motor required replacement.
