1987 36 volt electric club car
Hello I have replaced my batteries, all 5 silinoids and all the micro switches in the footspeed box the forward and reverse switch, and also the micro switch on the forward and reverse switch, I can go backwards, just not forwards, any help at this point would be much appreciated..... I have also double checked the wiring and battery wires, The diagram I have says I'm connected right, I also added a meter to read my voltage digitally, I show 33.3 after working all morning on my cart... I'm just lost at this point as to why it doesn't go forward

Re: 1987 36 volt electric club car
Welcome to BGW - there may be more than 1 problem. The pack should never go below 36v just sitting there. 38.4v is full when read 12-24 hours after the charge has ended.
Can you confirm you have a 5 solenoid drive system? Does the 1st solenoid click in F like it does in R ? If no the problem may be in the F&R microswitch |
