Re: Front tire alignment
Take a picture of your front end and lets see it. Probably worn bushings. On some carts there are small slots under the suspension nuts that will allow you to positively or negatively adjust camber.

Re: Front tire alignment
No place to adjust it, I think the leaf spring is bent...is that something common?

Re: Front tire alignment
Sounds like a broken spring or bad bushings.

Re: Front tire alignment
Bringing this post back since I am having the same issue. I just rebuilt the front suspension on my 94 DS with a kit that had all the bushings, new king pins and clevises. The front end had a wobble that was caused by bad a-frame bushings so I just want ahead with a total rebuild. Install went smooth thanks to having a press for the king pin bronze bushings. Adjusted toe in to 1/8” and centered the steering wheel but when I checked the camber I found the drivers side had 5 degrees of positive camber as compared to 1 degree negative on the passenger side which looks good. I don’t see any way to adjust camber. Am I missing something? The front spring looks a little bent but in a way that wouldn’t cause what I am seeing. I think I may have a bent spindle. Ideas?

Giving credit to jjance for providing this link to the DS maintenance manual:
https://www.manualslib.com/manual/80...page=70#manual This page shows the proper procedure for camber adjustment on a stock DS. |
