High performance electric motors
I have a 98 or 99 club car electric. It just doensnt have the lower I’d like it to I heard sometime ago there is a electric motor that’s almost as good as gas. Any thoughts on this? Anyone have one? I’m 48v and lifted and big tires.

48 Volt cars are far superior to a stock gas car as far as torque is concerned. Let us know what you're looking for as far as performance and we'll let you know what you need to do. You've gotta remember these things are made for golf, but they're capable of so much more.

Power for hills with two people in cart and as much battery performance I can get. I don’t mind charging daily. We use it in a camping club so hills paved and gravel roads is all we have. I don’t mind spending a few bucks just want to know what to buy so I’m not disappointed and thanks for the input

Original motor is 3.5 hp. The Admiral A1 makes 3Xs the hp. Very good power when used with 500-600 amp controller.
