Slow Club Car after driving
Hi guys, I have a 2000 Club Car DS. I’m having trouble with losing power when batteries get to about 50%. They are brand new Trojan Batteries that are about 4 months old. They charge up fine like they should and maintain 6.2 volts per battery. It’s a 36v cart and when the batteries reach 50%, the car starts to run slower. It has trouble going up the slightest incline and even on a street away. Could this be the solenoid going bad?? Also, It had a scrubber across the solenoid That went bad so I removed it

At 50% it is well past time for charging. Keep the batteries fully charged as much as you can.

Re: Slow Club Car after driving
As mrgolf said, at 50% you are going to see and feel a difference, and running below 50% very often will greatly shorten the longevity of your batteries.
