Turn key off, put cart in Tow mode, unhook main negative battery cable, the one that goes through the obc, unhook the main positive cable. Unhook the two cables on the bad battery, lift it out and put new battery in that place. Hook up cables to new battery, make sure the battery is turned correctly so the cables are on the correct post. ( take pictures) . Hook the main positive back up, hook the negative back. Put cart in run. Ckeck pack voltage, it should be close to 50 volts. Try cart. Do not try charging the batteries, the one battery will not like the charge from the cart charger. If the cart works, you need to replace your batteries with new ones.
