RXV Brake removed, cart back wheels locked
Hello, I have a 2009 RXV with the Danaher controller. It seems like this cart sat around for a couple years. I removed the brake, and the cart does not roll, the rear wheels seem locked. I put the rear on stands and am able to turn the rear wheels with force. My question is shouldn’t the back wheels roll easily if the brake is removed? Is there a chance that the motor is frozen? Is it possible that it is an axle or rear problem?

I would next remove the motor and repeat test. That will tell you if the motor is giving the resistance, or something in the axle.
