Default 2006 CC Precedent dead in the water but have full pack voltage on DVM but IQDM shows .

I have this Precedent that’s has the four 12V setup and it’s currently not running. I have 49.2 volts in the pack but when I hook the IQDM to it it’s only showing .5V. The precharge resistor between the two heavy gauge yellow wires on the solenoid keeps getting super hot. I have no solenoid click but I’m getting readings on the IQDM for other functions like f&r switch, key switch, throttle %, etc. It is also throwing a “HW failsafe” fault code as well as “low voltage”If this were a controller issue would I still be able to connect and even get readings like I am? Any help would be appreciated

That is pretty much a good sign the controller is going south and the controller is trying to draw the power through the resistor since the contacts have not closed....

Yeah sorry I should have updated...I replaced the controller and solenoid and it went to running.
