Help with new LED headlight install
Trying to help a friend here - installed a new LED headlight to a 2012 48 v club car (6 8 v's). LED's barley light - get about 8 out of 20 bulbs to light DIMLY - rear lights work fine.
I don't have a club car - can someone post a wiring diagram or pics of their battery tray? He has a blue wire running to a fuse off of battery 4 (I believe) into a relay(?) with a button on it. Off of that relay is an additional blue wire running to the main panel - at that point I can't locate where it is connected - either the charger port or _____ ? We are getting 31.4 volts off of the switch with button - 50.4 on total pack. At the end of wire bunch plug that plugs into headlights we are getting very low voltage. When he installed this package he ripped all OEM harnesses out and replaced with purchased product harnesses. Hope someone has been through this and can give the secret code thanks all in advance |

Re: Help with new LED headlight install
Here is a partial answer. The battery terminal I have circled in white is where CC picks up 16v. If you look close you will see a small #10 wire connected to that post.
Most people here would recommend you getting a 48V to 12VDC converter. |
