EZGO TXT High AND Low throttle Error (and cart no longer running)

Hey folks. So I purchased an Alltrax SR400 with the SW182-36v F/R switch and 400 Solenoid from ScottyB. Things ran great. Life was good. My wife spent my motor upgrade money... life was "ok"... and then I purchased new heavy duty springs and replaced them. And after that job was complete I go to turn in on, turn the key, put it in Reverse and... nothing. Put it in F and ... nothing. Open it up and the code is two green, three red... which means high throttle over range! I hook it up to the computer and it says i have High Throttle input OverRange and Low Throttle input UnderRange. Does this mean I have to buy a new ITS?

99 EZGO TXT Series 36v with stock motor too...

I don't know what those errors mean, but with a series cart, having made no electrical changes before errors occurred, I'd check the 4 wire Molex connector that is on the cable from the throttle box to the wiring harness. Usually located between the FNR and controller. Clean, and if that fixes the problem, cut Molex off and solder or splice wires and shrink wrap.

well when I press the throttle down the gauge doesn't move at all even though I've clicked start on the monitor functions so I'm guessing it's not sending anything... I checked the connections and they all seem solid... I don't have the molex anymore as it's connected to the Alltrax SR400 via individual connectors.

ok so with the switch off I get four greens which says "EZGO ITS Throttle" and when the switch is on I get the two green and three red codes.

The connector Yurtle is referring to is down on the frame, follow the wires coming out of the ITS box and you should find it.

That was it! Black wire was slightly pulled out. Awesome. Thanks!
