Ordered the XCT500PDS, 400 Super Solenoid and the 2g upgraded cable set from ScottyB on Saturday. Came it the mail yesterday and went to install yesterday evening.
Everything with the install went smooth, the directions ScottyB included and the Alltrax manual were plenty of information for the average person to install. Had to do a slight modification on the red wire coming out of the 10 connector group, that is supposed to attach to the pack side of the solenoid. The wire was not long enough and the ring terminal was not big enough to fit the solenoid post, so I extended the wire and put a larger ring terminal. Other than the battery issue I posted about today, everything went smooth. |
