Charger finally showed a complete charge. Still only 52 volts is this to be expected I see you said I should get to ~ 60 volts?

How soon after charger completed did you measure 52 volts? After 12 hours you should read 50.93 or so. You may need to do several back to back charges. Unplug charger from cart, then replug it to cart. Allow to complete, repeat.

It was within a two hour window. And I did unplug and replug so it is charging again.

Tag the “60” volt number is what charger puts out,not what battery voltage should be��
