Ok, I'm not familiar with that reducer. When he said existing power input, I took it as the main power input, not a control input.

Well I got my reducer installed. Along with battery meter and some lights.
Everything is working good and I didn't blow up or melt any thousand dollar parts.
Thanks for the replies from everybody.
That **** green wire! I over thought that for sure.
I learned a few things while I was at it being this is my first cart.
The main thing being their is a LOT I don't know about carts and really how complicated they are.
I see that on this forum when a lot of topics go over my head real quick.
One thing I wish I had done different was not get the " Ultimate Wiring Harness".
The thing has it all but I really didn't need it.
Lot harder to install this spider.
So if all you want is front and rear lights don't use it. If you want every possible street legal thing, get it.
Also I did not raise this low rider in the air. That made things harder.
I wish I would have at least drove it up on my trailer ramps for some clearance.
Trying to get wires and work through the key plate hole is to me a nightmare.
That is the reason I mounted my light switch in the " stereo " hole.
IMO these things are not user friendly. Ha
Anyway I like it and can see myself keeping it a couple of years and maybe upgrading.

Glad you got it working.

Just for future reference, and not able to tell from your post if you already knew, but the cup holders pop out. Removing them makes it easier to deal with any behind the dash wiring.
