Package Returned by UPS to Doug L
I don't know the members username, but UPS had to return another package undelivered because it was sent by UPS to my PO Box in Ducktown TN. UPS, FedEX, DHL, ect do not deliver to PO Boxes, and the nearest facilities to go pickup these packages from their depots is several hours drive away. That is not a drive that I am going to make to pick up a package, or to send a package back out.
This is why I specify in my instructions to mail your controllers via Priority Mail using a specific Medium Flat Rate box that fits the controller. It is the fastest for the cost due to the weight of the controller. This is the second time within the past month that UPS was used to send a package to my PO Box. I ripped UPS on the phone again for accepting a package addressed to a PO Box. They certainly should know better. Bob |

Re: Package Returned by UPS to Doug L
Hey Bob. My Post Office accepts UPS and Federal Express packages. The sender has to ship to the physical address of the post office and put the box number as unit or even just box #. Dont use P.O. Box as address. Hope this helps. Your instructions should be enough but people just dont listen.
