Anyone have any luck getting through to Alltrax tech support the last 2 days? Message says they will be out of office for a few weeks because of corona virus but they could be reached by email: HelpDesk@Alltraxinc.com
I’ve sent a couple emails but no response.

I had that one listed in my original post, No luck getting a reply. I did get a reply directly from Will's E-mail, he explained he'd been laid off but he still called me to help trouble shoot, after troubleshooting he said it could only be MCOR, Solenoid, Speed sensor or the controller. I've replaced all parts he mentioned but the solenoid still isn't closing when hooked up to controller, i did a bench test and it's working fine. Since then I can't get back in touch with him nor anyone from Alltrax

I bought the Controller from you back in September, Any advice on how to get it replaced?

Thanks, I saw that too but it says you need an RMA # from ALLtrax
Scotty was able to get in touch with them for me.
