Front end alignment (toe) will kill your speed. It's like dragging both of your feet while walking.

Obviously there are a gazillion other possibilities... but that's where I would start first.

There are plenty of experts on here that know way more about these things than I do.
Okay I measured! I have 39 3/8th inch in the front and 38 5/8inch in the back! Means i have 3/4inch of toe out!

Okay I will go take a screenshot in a bit but will adjust my toe first! Yea i know the bandit is a refurb, why I have the executioner on order!

My stock motor will push my cart to 27mph on flat or downhill... but it really falls off if there is any drag or going uphill.

It may just be he doesn't have enough motor to make it happen.
27 on stock motor! that makes me so mad! haha

One other thing what kind of lift do you have on your cart? A spindle lift can cause problems with your camber and toe in.

That 3/4" of toe-out is your biggest issue.

Fix that and you will see improvement for sure.

Im surprised it hasnt tried putting you in a ditch yet.

Getting the toe right will certainly help. 3/4” out is way out of spec

If you are having any problems adjusting the toe read the post. The only thing different I would suggest is use a caliper instead of a tape measure.

Alright well I jut got done adjusting to really close to 1/8in toe in if not exact. Regardless it about **** near perfect. I measure 11in up from the ground and marked front and back of both tires with a paint pen so i was measring in the right spot everytime. Also my tires happen to have a slit in the middle of the tire i was able to push the end of the tape measure in perfectly. I'm about to finish my lunch and go take it for a spin! Wish me luck guys!!!!! I'm really hopefully it will improve at least a little, if not a whole bunch ill screenshot my controller. I'm very skeptical that I will improve 7-9mph though, we shall see I guess!

You may not pick up 7-9mph, but you will gain something for sure.
The rest will be gotten with your new motor.

At least you know the cart is right and wont be scrubbing all the tread off your front tires the first few times around the block.

Haha yeah.

Alright the results are in! We have a new flat top speed of 29mph! Picked up 4mph. So that's awesome. Also stays going faster up hills as well, I guess that was to be expected. Battery seems to be draining a bit faster but I guess that's to be expected tho with more amp draw. It's only their 3rd or 4th charge tho. Alright, I gotta crawl underneath the cart and remove that PITA cover so I can plug into the cart. I'll leave it plugged in and zip tie the cord up out of the way to make it easy in the future to hook up.
