Default voltage at F/R center post?

1995 Ezgo Medalist Series. Should I be getting voltage on the F/R center post? I was getting 37.6, now 27 volts. Of course it's also on the shift linkage. Doesn't seem right. Thanks.

That is most likely from carbon dust in the motor, bleeding voltage to the frame. Isnt of any big concern in my opinion.

Ghost voltage has no amperage. You can do a test with a light bulb using the shift linkage as one side of the supply

On odd days, my boss gets all riled up on it, but that never fixes any problems.

It's always just another OBC failure. Odd how that is always "the problem" on a Clubcar with a charging issue. Well, some days you just cant win.
