Default My Lift Kit front end alignment Nightmare

I put a SGC A-arm lift kit on my 95 CC. I set the camber to straight. I was going to set the toe, but no matter how many times I re-connect the tie rod and the steering damper, it wont even come close to getting the wheels square. The driver side set straight, but the right side wheel is always canted to the left. And no amount of adjustment will even get the steering wheel close to center. What an I missing on initial hookup?

Pictures for this one. If you are adjusting the tie-rod ends you should be there.

Did the lift come with instructions? I agree, we will need good photos on this, otherwise we're just blindly asking questions.

I know on some lifts they come with brackets that extend the steering arm attachment points on the spindle. This usually makes up the difference in distance if your tie rods are too short. That's what it sounds like in your case, tie rods too short?

When i installed my SGC kit on a Precedent, both front tires were toe’d out. It took all of the adjustment available from both tie rods to get them squared up.

Are you having a toe out issue?. If so adjust both tie rods to get both wheels straight. There is not enough adjustment on just one side.

A few people have contacted Steeling Golf Cart and they were very quick to respond. You may want to email them.
