Default 2013 Rxv, freedom mode batteries dying instantky

Thanks in advance,
2013 rev (exceed model) / on board generator, my battery gauge will show full and within a few minutes of driving it will drop to around 25 percent. I still feel like I have decent power however not for long. Testing the batteries individual and all reasonably around 12v and total bank around 48. I’ve been through all the connections and since replaced with some “reconditioned” batteries. Same exact result. I had considered that maybe the gauge was just going bad however the loss of power tells me otherwise.
When returning with the cart and plugging k the oem charger quickly goes to a flashing green light of I turn the key in the key in the cart back on only after a few minutes of charger connected it shows full.
For those familiar with the Exceed and the generator it is electric start in the bag well. When the gauge appears to be low there does not seem to be much power available to start the little motor. Hope I included enough details.
Thanks again
Leo

Sounds like bad batteries... so check the pack voltage and each single battery first. What brand and how old are the batteries?
Enclosed a SOC chart for comparison:

Issue with charging is the charger shuts off nearly immediately after plugging it in and shows full.
I’m seeing some internet opinions that my Onboard computer might be bad?

Every cart should come with an DVM in the dash. That way you always know what your voltage is. This should be the first thing you install when you get a cart.

What's a refurbished battery ? Is that 50.13 volts after a full charge cycle ? That voltage is only about 80%.

Yes around here there are “refurbished battery’s” which is questionable at best. We have a ton of battery recyclers in s Fla and these are all over. I see that it’s roughly 80%. But I believe the batteries shouldn’t just drop down to 20 percent within 3 minutes of driving? I guess the main issue I’m trying to eliminate is this mysterious onboard computer that communicates with the charger. I’d hate to drop 1k on batteries only to find the computer was acting up.

The 50.13 is with the oem charger that will not charge any further.

Check each battery individually after a charge. Sounds like you have at least one bad. A single bad battery will cause your issues.

Go to the "Stickies" about testing your batteries. Need info on each battery (brand, mfgr date, voltage 12 hours after full charge for each battery and voltage of each battery under load). Post here, you will get answers about your battery condition. Also, get a DVM for dash (like usgi said), every cart should have this, those bar meters are junk and tell you nothing about your battery health:
