96 Ezgo diagram
I have a 1996 (36volt ) Ezgo it has the F/R switch by your legs , Problem is the guy I got it from took it all apart because the controller cooked. I need to know where the 6 gauge cables go to and which ones connect to the solenoid . I looked at the schematics on here but its not clear on the solenoid side .

A high current cable goes from main positive terminal on battery pack to one of solenoid's large terminals. The cable on the solenoid's other large terminal goes to the B+ terminal on the controller.
