Default 2010 txt brake question

Installed a 6 inch jakes lift and now when I barely touch my brakes they lock up ..... I tried adjusting but didn't not help. It looks like my passenger cable is really tight .... are there any fixes that you all know of or can you give me some tips. Or what should I buy to fix this problem.

Is the driver side cable still wire tied to the frame? And the pass. side still bolted to the battery box.

Well right now everything's disconnected .... I'm cleaning everything up. But the passenger side was held up by the bolt from the battery box

You need to take that bolt out and let it hang for now and then take and cut the wire tie on the other and bend it around enough to get it under the frame. This will give you enough slack to hook the cables back up.
