MORE "EZ-GO hesitates"
Mine is the same as "EZ-GO hesitates when just after its starts going forward", except a little different cart.
I do not want to hi-jack the other thread. Model Year: 2006 Make/Model: Electric TXT Golf Car (PDS) SN - 2434785 Forward-Reverse on dash. Key switch with light switch... This just started a few days ago. Hesitates when pressing the accelerator pedal about a quarter of the way down........ I noticed it the other day, playing around with it a little bit, found that if I accelerate slowly it will go forward good. Then all of a sudden it appeared to be fixed. Next day took it for a test drive to see what was going on and could not make it hesitate. Tried for about an hour..... Came home, then a few hours later backed out of the driveway and "BAM"... Started up and it stopped..... Slowly accelerated and it worked fine.... Several test later.. sometimes it works good, sometimes it doesn't. |

Re: MORE "EZ-GO hesitates"
It is a lot different cart.
They use the same batteries and differential, but everything in between is different. Put in diagnostic mode and drive it. Listen for error codes. |
