I'm on the replace them all bandwagon as well. If it were one maybe two then I would suggest just replacing the bad ones but if half the pack is bad then the 3 that have better voltage readings can't be a whole lot better.

Also places I have got some quotes on batteries from will give a discount on 3 or more and 6 or more. Might as well get the max discount on something that needs to be replaced anyway (all 6 batteries)
