Default robin EH35C please help

when I press the accelerator I have to press to the floor and choke at the same time.engine will crank over and pop thru the carb and finally its like it catches up and runs smooth until you stop.T then have to choke all over again.any suggestions appreciated

Pull the Fuel line off the carb and place it into a clean container. Turn the engine over, and you should see a good stream of fuel spurting out. If not, then look to the fuel pump as your culprit. If so, then you may need to pull the carb and give it a good cleaning. Also, you may consider a compression check and a basic valve adjustment.
