1991 FE290 suddenly a REALLY weak spark and no run?
Cart was doing fine until I decided to pull the ground off the rev limiter because it was killing the cart at about 3krpm which I thought was low ... Drove it around with no issues through all RPM's, parked it and BAM, no start. Screwdriver (or plug) will spark extremely weakly if contact to everything is "just right" but not enough to run. Hooked rev limiter ground back up, no go. What did I blow or where do I start to test this mess, LOL? Thanks in advance, these CC's are sure different than the EZGO's, whew ....

Oops - Belay that request, LOL. Appears that somehow through undoing the ground wire for the limiter, I dislodged the red wire that clips in the center (Exciter/Ignitor?) so that after a bit of riding it must have jarred loose ... Cleaned up the terminal and crimped the connector so it gripped tighter, pulled and cleaned up the mounts (just in case anything grounded there) and super-spark returned, cart is back to running great!
