Need info on this club car rearend
First I'd like to say this site is awesome!
For starters I've got an early 70s westinghouse marketeer 438 maybe. There aren't any identification plates anymore. It was basically a rolling cart, not batteries or cables or any wiring, just the electric motor and rear axle. Picked it up for 80 bucks, no dents and it's mostly checker/diamond plate body. I picked up this transaxle the guy I bought it from didn't have much info on it. I know it's from a club car and has the numbers "6041741" stamped into the axle housing. Can anyone provide any information please? Thanks! |

You can't really tell from the picture but the shifter lever seems to be standing straight up if it were installed.

Gas Club Car from before the changeover mid year 1996. Goes back to 1984 I think - someone feel free to correct that if I'm Wrong on that start date. Was used with the counter clockwise engines - KF82 flatheads & the early version of the FE290.

Is there anywhere you can cross-reference those numbers? I am trying to find some info on a rear end I know of. Its out of an 85 Club Car. If it is a Fuji I will not get it.
