I can fab a bolt type puller. I believe the outside thread is 14mm?? I will have to see it a spark plug works or at least threads.

I believe 14 mm is what i've been told as well. Might take that bolt out and see if a spark plug will thread into it. Then its just a matter of welding in the proper lenght rod!

Mulled it over and decided to let Don do the deed at Plowman's. Not comfortable after taking a long hard look at the clutch.

If one roller is bad, you need to replace all of them at once. But they last a long time once in there. I have only done the G9 clutch its not bad to do the rollers are harder they say.

do not cut any corners when changing the rollers and pins in a G16 primary clutch. You will pay for it later.

Yeah, best to let experienced due to the job. I want my cart to be bullet proof not that I am going to beat it up but would at least like to know I can at times if I want to.

Got the clutch puller and it was a breeze to take off. Now got all the parts to send to Plowman's and then wait for the new stuff to come part and install. Finally get the cart running like it should I hope!
