Yes...that is the one. I just went through this few months ago and that fixed my problem. Voltage Regulators are little pricey...$50-60 at dealer (Was there so I went ahead and paid that for it, but should be able to find it cheaper on ebay etc..)

My problem is solved. Turns out I was using my multimeter incorrectly, but unfortunately I already purchased a new radio prior to realizing my mistake. Once I realized my mistake I started from scratch. The problem with still traced back to the radio but not the radio itself, but the way I had it wired. With the broken toggle switch removed and the red switched wire connected to constant hot it still drew 1.5 amps. I installed a new toggle switch and with the radio on it draws 1.5 amps, when turned off it only draws .01 amps. This I assume is due to the clock and radio station memory. The cart sat for an entire week while I removed the body and had it painted. Reinstalled the body a week later and the cart started right up. No more dead battery. Thanks guys for helping me troubleshoot this problem. I also learned quite a bit about the electrical system in my cart at the same time.
