Just take it all apart, I spray carb. cleaner through all the orifices, then take a look at all the parts as I put it back together. Idle mixture screw starts at one and a quarter turns out.

Throttle plate screw is set at "run screw up to just touching throttle linkage, then one quarter turn toward open.
