Throttle cable
Hello,
mechanically disadvantaged here and new to this forum. I've got a couple of mid-80's (I think) gas Club Cars that were my dad's. Somehow they both are having the same problem at roughly the same time. I've dug deep enough to discover that the throttle linkage is disconnected. It's inside of a black box where the cable transitions from the pedal cable to one that attaches to the motor. I'm including a pic. I can't figure out how to reconnect the wire cable to the little brass colored pivot linkage that's shown. Do I have to buy a new cable with that connector already part of it, or is there a way to reconnect it? Thanks very much for any help -Doug |
