92 club car will not move

ok everyone don,t get mad but since you can,t get it here......you can get it from either a club car dealer buggies unlimited or golf cart catalog..........and several other on-line places..........................

A service manual will cost 1/2 as much as a new controller and may be hard to apply without some mechanical training......IMHO Shadow....What do you think is making his controller go snap crackle and well almost a pop? Whatever it is can't be good? Regardless of the volts

i agree, if something in there melted and came apart thats why i asked him to smell it as the smell will linger for a good time............but noise from the controller isn,t good.............now he said controller area so thats why i suggested taking it out and shaking it trying to pinpoint it..........if noise is from it than its junk...............................
