Default tiny tach anyone?

my 96 club car i put a tiny tach on it. it idles 700 something and revs out to 3400 something and i get 14 mph on it. lifted with jakes and 22 inch tires. shouldnt i be getting faster than that?




then i installed the tach and it shut off wont even turn on this is 2nd one i dont know if they are junk or what......

I have had a Tiny Tach for almost 20 years. Has worked flawlessly for me. Maybe they are making them cheaper now.

im not sure where abouts are your rpms running and what speed?

I have an electric cart. I use the tiny tach for small engine repair.

i tried it on both of my wheelhorses both have 14 kohlers and one was 3000 and other about 33-3400 worked great then

I called tiny tach customer service they told me how to reset. also only wrap wire around plug wire 1 time instead of 3 times will keep it from freezing up.
