Club car idles(starter/gen), dies when I press gas

Did you get yours figured out yet? I got my new relay and apparently wasted $42 because it didn't fix my problem. See if you can locally rev the throttle at the carb. That little switch with the white zip tie on it seems to be my problem, but I can't say for sure since it leads straight to the relay. But I don't even know the name or part number of that switch to even try to order a new one or how to test it. Let me know if you figure out your issue. Thanks.

Ok, I think I have it figured out. It's a 3 way position micro-switch. It's used in line with the throttle pedal and FWD/REV/NEU switch. Apparently it's used on electric, gas throttle start, and key start models. I'm leaning toward this being my issue, and it's cheap enough that I'm going to order one and see if it fixes my issue, then I'll post back and let you know if it worked.http://www.ebay.com/itm/Limit-Switch...13ab34&vxp=mtr

Sounds like a fuel problem to me.. You sure the carb is clean?
Seems like its not getting fuel... Hope your switch fixes it tho...
