help diagnosing this throttle problem
please review this video and tell me what your thoughts are on the problem.

Looks to me you have some low voltage problems to begin with like a bad battery

ah was running it on six batteries at the time then ran it with the full eight batteries but the problem with the throttle persists. sometimes it worked sometime it doesn't.
