4" lift. What happens to motor if i go more?
I currently have a 4"lift on each of my carts. I have some new rear shocks that are 1" longer (eye to eye), than my current shocks. I don't know the exact geometry but it will, in effect, tilt my motor a little more. Does anybody have any general rules of thumb or ideas on how far I can go before I potentially starve the motor of oil?
Thanks, MysteryMan |

Usually at a 6inch lift you will need to recalibrate the dip stick ..... but that doesn't mean you are starving the engine for oil.... 6" is safe.

Rocklin is just north of Sacramento (about 12 miles). I was in Fullerton/Anaheim in May for a work function. Saw the old house, hit an old burger joint. Yeah, a lot has changed. Some areas look like I was south of the border!
