Question Club car carryall Jakes lift ?

I have a 2004 carryall with a 3" jakes lift kit on it. I have always noticed the the front tires set out more at the bottom than on the top. I have looked to try to figure a way to adjust for the proper camber and cannot find any adjustment. I called jakes today, did not get any helpful information. Do any of you have a picture , of the front end assembly to help me figure out what is the problem. I will try to post some pictures tomorrow.
thanks

Your front spring is probably worn out.

How can you tell this. The bushings are tight and bolts fit tight. are you saying the spring may not have the corrrect amount of curve in it.
thanks

Makes sense to me. Never would have even considered that. Guess I will order one. Unless someone has a better idea.

Thats about it and they are inexpensive around 30 bucks.Usually it just sags on the drivers side from one person riders.Your wheelbearings are good I suppose?

A Maintenance Service manual would help you... if you had one,

Try this first!
(It won't come out perfect after adjusting the ecentric all of the way, but, it should be pretty darn close!)

If they are both leaning out, that will only make them lean even. It is a 6 year old carryall. it has probably been abused. especially of it was a course maint. cart. when things ae lifted all problems seem to show up magnified as well.

If you replace the spring I would be sure to put new bushings in it as well.

I agree with you Aaron, I did think about how it may have been "beat"
when I put my Jake's on, my tires were leaning in... ALOT!
I had to adjust the eccentric fully one way to get my tires "just barely" within specs,
Being that elwood didn't know where to start on how to adjust the camber, I figured I'd post the "how to" directions.

If the leaf is bad... it's bad.

I just thought I'd offer a preliminary suggestion!

I have been wondering when someone will offer an adjustable upper delta plate for club cars. I have been thinking about making a pair for my campground cart after i get the front brakes on. it doesn't seem like it should be that hard.
