88 Club car won't start

Our 88 Club one day just wouldn't start after running good. We were told to put a new generator so we had it rebuilt, put it on and still nothing. I purchased a new solenoid (it is a car one but shouldn't matter). Still nothing! What should I try next???

its not cranking over at all? and yes it matters if its not a golfcart solenoid, have you checked the 10 amp fuse in the black box in front of battery? your sure battery is good? there are also 2 micro switches in that box and one activates the solenoid........so check the micro switch and if you do get the cart to crank over and start replace that switch and buy a golfcart soleniod..........now if its cranking over solenoid is working but still get the right one but with engine cranking over you need 3 things.............fuel, spark and compression at least a minimum of 100 lbs of compression..........start by pulling plug wire and see if you have spark to plug if so just try changing spark plug if no spark we have to go from there.................as for fuel pull the line at the carb to see how its pumping while cranking.........if thats ok it could be in the carb but 1st think is it even cranking over?.................BTW welcome and we will try our best to get you running again...........................................
