Oil within the Air Filter?
Guys, was doing some random service and noticed small amount of oil in the air filter plastic compartment. Is this normal - near the inflow to the carborator? Not an engine guy but surprised me to see if there........

Re: Oil within the Air Filter?
Piston blow by... Ususally means too much oil in the crankcase or worn rings. If you have climbed a steep hill or anything that might have cause the cart to lean severely, it could have pushed some up through the vent that way. Nine times outa ten its oil level or ring wear.

Re: Oil within the Air Filter?
Oil level was too high. I'm changing oil and will see if problem persists. Thanks much!
