Carb leaking

Put a 16 hp engine in my ds and the carb leaks from around the bowl everything is tight and how it is supposed to be. Is the fuel pump pumping to much

I'm using stock pulse pump

did you remember to put the black seal ring in if you took the bowl off the carb? are you sure its not leaking from the overflow?

there is also a small flat head drain screw on the bottom as well as a 10mm nut on the bottom that could be loose
