If it's not the starter/generator it could just be your battery. Voltage readings can be deceiving. My in-laws' 2005 Club Car battery was testing within the voltage range last year...but it couldn't handle a load. It just died as soon as the gas was pressed. I swapped it for the known-good battery in my own cart and that was it. Replaced the battery with a new one and problem solved.

Made one last attempt, started going through all of the electrical system, not sure how I found it. There was a ground wire off. Hooked it up. System is putting out almost 16 now. What a sense of relief.
