flipped it
ok so my kid and his buddies flipped our cart today. I can see it broke the struts to the roof, it kinda has a dead spot in the throttle and seems to have some wheel hop in the back that I never noticed before. I am assuming the dead spot is just some crap that got stirred up in the carb.
gonna pull it off and clean it tomorrow. As for the wheel hop is it possible it bent the axle when it flipped. If so how should I go about checking it. It is an 88 gasser with a 5" economy lift, 22 inch tires and aluminum wheels. Anything else I should check before using it much more. |

Re: flipped it
Jack the cart up and check the wheel. Aluminum wheels are pretty soft. If you can see it wobble when it is jacked up swap it with another one to see if it is the wheel or the axle. Hope the kids are okay ... except the sore butts you gave em

yeah there fine. One did make a trip to the hospital for xrays. You would think fifteen year old kids would know better than try to make a high speed u turn.
