Old '79 g1 - drive wheel or wheels?
Got a question guy's, does the rear end drive both wheels or just one. When I take off in gravel one tire spins out the other does not. Thanks

Re: Old '79 g1 - drive wheel or wheels?
Its' an open-diff(one-wheel drive)If both were locked,it wouldn't turn good and would tear up golf-courses and axles(on pavement).Hope this helps.

If you run sand tales and do not go on the roads you can change two gears around in the rear end and lock it up. I haven't did it yet but I am planning to this winter.
