Once I got the steering wheel off it was real easy.

No kidding. It took about 30 minutes to drill the wholes and insert the screws.
Just make sure that you have the batteries disconnected before you try and move stuff around. I smoked my wires to my gauge because it shorted against the metal frame...

Fortunately, I didn't damage anything on the cart.
