I've got one of those myself in my scrap pile. It was run until the buttons wore down, and then run more so there's not even anywhere left to mount new buttons if you wanted to. Replacement clutches aren't exactly cheap for this either unfortunately.

Oh well, just my luck. All I gota do now is get that cotton picker off. I did get the bolt out. Just need to pull it. The bolt I picked up does not fit right. With all this stuff going on I might get it done this week, might not.... probably I need some adult supervision....

Now I'm confused, does the driven clutch need a puller? I just read something that said just slip it off...…

It should be splined so no, should not need a puller. Use a 2x4 on the back side and tap it a few times with a mallet, or give it some taps with a rubber mallet and it should come off

The splines tend to rust and it will stick. Once you work them off spray a little pb blaster and clean the splines on the shaft with a wire brush

Well not easy yet. It has over 7000 miles on it since we bought it, and it came off a golf course before that. I'll crawl back under there tomorrow.

AAAaaHaaaa, got that sucker off. Spring is broke. Ramp buttons are worn down but will be replaceable. I think its serviceable with a cleaning and parts. That's the question now. Parts availability …… any sources???

I think I still have a driven clutch from my old '09 MPT1200 cart. I replaced both clutches with the Team units. They still worked pretty well, just got a good deal on the Team clutches on a shopezgo.com discount. I will send it to you if you're interested.

Hey 09MPT1200guy I appreciate it. I had the local shop order a spring and ramp buttons, should be here Friday. Let me see how it works out. I may take ya up on that.... Does the input shaft on your transaxle have splines or is it smooth? This one is smooth, surprised me when it came off. I expected splines. The guys at the shop said it's the newer style. This cart came from a south TX golf course on the coast. The rust worm pitted the spring so first chance it got it broke. Everything considered I was surprised at what good shape the rest of the running gear is in. About all it gets used for is daily trips around our little community.
