i dont know much about the part numbers but if its not rated 250 then its not a good batt , the trojens are from 190-210 series 210 are about 150.00 right now and the cheapest with a 210 rating, sears also has their brand 220s for 91.00

the battery i looked at was a 8 volt down at the napa store

Replaced the original Trojans in my 98 Ezgo just about two years ago with six Napa 6 volt batteries. Went with Napa because of cost. Pleased so far. Zero problems and going strong.

You might want to check this out,pretty good stuff...www.windsun.com PLATE THICKNESS ...i think napa batt r made by exide......look at menu where it says batteries hit DEEP CYCLE BATTERIES FAQ

I was told by the NAPA salesman and by their customer service person at a 1-800 number that East Penn (Deka) makes there batteries now.

So I guess technically you could end up with either an Exide or an East Penn battery depending on when they switched manufacturers.
