Gaminde I am fairly certain that everyone knew exactly what I meant when I said that his charger does not have individual diodes. It has a diode/rectifier square block. Yes, I understand that the square block has diodes in it. If the block is bad, replace the block. Lets move on OK? I dont think that this problem requires a bunch a graphs yet.

Check voltage While charging Try both chargers if you see a difference

if the diode is bad you will have low voltage (or the fuse would blow if shorted) if experience says its this! you should always test to check before just shotgunning.

I never commented it had individual diodes just that the voltage should be checked first

If NASTYNOTCHBACK1 replaces his diode/retifier and his charger still does not work, I will stay out of it and let you try to help him.

I think your 100% correct!! I believe that is what it is also.
I just wanted him to run a test first, confirm it and replace it.
