Re: Precedent vs DS
I picked up my new 2008 Club Car Precedent gas last night.
I had to remove the canopy to get it into my enclosed trailer, then reassemble. I am shocked I picked this up so cheap, it's so new it still has the knobbies on the tread and he said it has the factory gas still in it! The gentleman I purchased it from actually owns a golf course and had several delivered to his home for a garden tour of his estate. The cost to transport them wasn't worth it, so he sold them. I know hard to believe, but I saw his estate and I believe him. Now I just have to figure out the warranty issue, he said it has 4 years, I'm not sure if I am eligible or not. |

Re: Precedent vs DS
Excellent. Looks really nice. You will love it.
Should think the warranty would be transferable with it still being so new. Boo PS If that's your house it looks pretty nice too !!!! |

Would an 8 car be enough for you?

Re: Precedent vs DS
I just noticed that I originally posted this in the electric section, because we were dead set on getting an electric and I couldn't make my mind up as to getting the 4 battery Precedent, or the 8 DS. During that time I found this gasser, so admins if you feel the need to tidy up things, feel free to move this thread to the gas section. I could care less.

Re: Precedent vs DS
I am not sure if the warrantee is transferable from the original purchaser. You should call your local dealer.

Re: Precedent vs DS
krcossin......... You made a good decision on a new one (well almost new) so, remember....... You can always get a second cart, and it can be electric and you can always have the best of 2 worlds.
