84 ezgo ignitor wiring
Hello,
I have an 1984 ezgo that had the engine out of it when i bought the cart. Under the soleniod is a small box "ignitor i think" that has 5 wires coming out of it. A black, orange & yellow together, and a blue and red. i need to know where the blue and red wire go. They are fairly long wires. Any help is appreciated |

Re: 84 ezgo ignitor wiring
Is the pulser coil mounted on the flywheel? If so, the guy that sold it to me forgot to give it to me or lost it.

Re: 84 ezgo ignitor wiring
I think on that model, the magnet that triggers the pulsar is embedded in the fan or flywheel. the pulsar coil itself should be mounted on a plate that attaches to the engine case
