Just spin it until the bolt hole line up. If I remember correctly, it's less than a 1/4 turn and the direction is counter clockwise (end cap).

Thanks Mike.This is my first cart project and I'm learning a lot.So I put the spring ends in the holes,put the black cover on,and twist the endcap till it lines up.It's so hard putting something back together somebody else took apart!It's really hard when you never seen it before!

I worked my azz off on the cart this morning and proud to say I rode it around the block for the first time!Got the dang clutch back together and everything must be right because it rode fine.This was also my first engine build and it went great and runs great.Thanks for all the help and this won't be my last cart project.I bet I'll be much better next time and maybe I can help someone else out now.
